感伤。。。

不懂为什么最近变得很容易流泪。。。 新闻在播报着台湾八八水灾的惨况，常常读了一篇新闻，眼泪就不自觉地流下来。。 虽然我会告诉自己不可以那么的轻易掉泪， 可是常常都不会成功。。 每一次在读新闻时，心里面都回酸涩的； 然后泪就掉了。。 不懂是不是因为一个人生活在外地，特别容易感到难过。。 希望世界上的天灾可以减少，要好好保护地球啊。。 保护一个我们的住所。。

Simple Cooking....

After being here for a while, I really missed the foods in Malaysia.. It is not convenience to get asian spices in Giant Eagle, like lemon grass, 桔子，belacan, little hot pepper, red pepper... I am still lucky because there is a chinese grocery store in dowtown selling some lemon grass, belacan and little hot pepper.. I am not a good chef. Not using any measurement tools to measure sugar or salt needed while cooking.. normally will just put as much as I like - and the result is --> ok / weird / not OK.. because it is only for me, so that is OK for me.. but I am still looking for improvement in cooking.. planning to take some cooking classes this fall.. hopefully I can learn some new food...

I was too excited when i found there is an aplple tree in front of my office.. and from the day i found it, i decided to make an apple album from blossom to fruit..
